REFUNDS - REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS OF OUR RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM(S). YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE SAME CARD/ PAYPAL ACCOUNT USED TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. YOUR ACCOUNT SHOULD BE CREDITED WITHIN ONE OR TWO BILLING CYCLES FROM THE DATE OF RETURN DEPENDING ON THE REFUND POLICY OF THE CREDIT /DEBIT CARD USED.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST. 

EXCHANGES - WE CAN ONLY EXCHANGE PURCHASED ITEM(S) WITH A SIMILAR item IN A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR. THE NEW ITEM WILL BE DISPATCHED AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE THE ARTICLE THAT IS TO BE EXCHANGED.
